SUPERSPORT!
Supersport! on yksi kiinnostavimmista Islannin indie-tulokkaista. Nelihenkinen bändi yhdistää musiikissaan pop-laulunkirjoituksen kokeellisiin äänimaailmoihin.
Genrerajoja venyttäen Supersport! on saavuttanut paikkansa Islannin vaihtoehtoisen taidemusiikin kärjessä. Vuonna 2021 julkaistu Tveir dagar -debyyttilevy huomioitiin paitsi Islannissa myös kansainvälisesti muun muassa The Independent ja ikoninen PC Music levy-yhtiö on soittanut yhtyeen musiikkia soittolistoillaan.
Energisen ja ikimuistoisen Supersport! -yhtyeen toukokuun kiertue enteilee heidän tulevaa albumia.

Supersport is one of the most exciting bands from Iceland's vibrant grassroots music scene. Combining elements of pop-songwriting and sonic experimentation the four-piece band's the debut LP, 2021's tveir dagar, produced by The Vaccines' Árni Árnason has gained them a reputation as the torchbearers of the local underground scene.
The record has received praise locally and internationally, and its genre-bending soundscapes have placed Supersport! at the forefront of contemporary Icelandic art-pop. This has not escaped the attention of the likes of The Independent and iconic UK label PC Music who both recently featured one of the band's songs on a monthly playlist.
Energetic and memorable Supersport! will hit the road in May 2022 to follow up their upcoming second album.
