Tapahtuma alkaa klo 18 Varvintorilla näyttävällä avajaisshow'lla, jonka jälkeen kulttuuriseikkailu läpi ajan jatkuu eri puolilla koulurakennusta klo 22 asti.
Tänä vuonna teemana on aikamatka kulttuurin sydämeen. Taideakatemian Opiskelijayhdistys TOY ryn järjestämä ilta on loistava tilaisuus kurkistaa kulissien taakse ja päästä osaksi tekemään taidetta yhdessä muiden kaupunkilaisten kanssa. Opiskelijat järjestävät tanssi- ja musiikkiesityksiä, näytelmiä ja näyttelyitä, työpajoja ja muuta ohjelmaa. Hyppää mukaamme seikkailuun, anna ajantajusi katketa ja unohda rutiinit yhdeksi illaksi.
Tilaisuus on maksuton koko perheen tapahtuma. Varaathan halutessasi mukaan käteistä herkullista buffettia varten! Myynnissä myös rajoitettu määrä Taideakatemian Yö 2013 –haalarimerkkejä.

The traditional Night of the Arts' Academy is held again on Thursday 14th of November 2013. The event starts at 6 pm at Varvintori with a spectacular opening act. Afterwards the culture adventure continues throughout the school building until 10 pm.
This year the theme is time. Turku Arts Academy's student association TOY ry's open day is a great chance to peek behind the curtains and experience art as it is with the other citizens. Students have arranged dance numbers, music performances, plays, exhibitions, workshops and a lot of other things where you can participate in. Jump in the adventure and forget your routines for this one night!
The event is free of charge and suitable for everyone from toddlers to seniors. If you wish to eat at our delicious buffet, please take some cash with you. Limited amount of Night of the Arts' Academy patches are also for sale.
