In the 1980's Estonia was still part of a Soviet Union whose ability to keep Western culture away from its borders was one of its hallmarks. Everything changed when a huge new television antenna was built in Finland, not far from the border with Estonia, broadcasting signals reachable in Tallinn. This documentary explores how Finnish television opened a window to what many Estonians considered a world of freedom.
